This is app is food & symptom diary that helps you understand your health. The app allows you to you record, track, analyze, and print a report of your diet and symptoms.

Available on:  IOS and Android

Cost:  Low

Pros:  Relatively easy to use. Has an interesting algorithm that begins to isolate possible suspect foods over time.

Cons:  Initial setup can be time consuming. There maybe a lot of data entry for foods or meals not already entered. This will vary with your eating habits but can be a bit frustrating in the beginning.

Conclusion:  If you can get past setup time be consistent with logging both foods and symptoms as they arise you may benefit from this app.  The idea here is not to be dependant on the app, rather bring awareness to you body in recognizing what foods you best benefit from.
